Davrian’s promises of wealth and a bright future for the greater good faded with the Syndicate’s defeat at the throne room. Most of the guild deserted the cause, shedding their black cloaks to hide back in society. While many of the Syndicate believed it was the end, Thad saw it as a time to extinguish himself. He offers his sword to serve Davrian’s last ditch effort to undermine King Alderman’s reign, so long as the price is right.
